Magnum Opus RRR SS Rajamouli has a new release date. The film, which was previously scheduled to be released on Diwali, is set to keep audiences entertained in the first week of January. RRR and Gangubai Kathiwadi release date?
Interestingly, RRR comes out the day after Gangubai Kathiawadi. Gangubai Kathiawadi, starring Alia Bhatt in the title role, will hit theaters on January 6. As the release date of RRR was announced and it led to shockwaves. The saga period is scheduled to come in theaters on January 7, 2022. In short, the film will compete with Gangubai Kathiawadi from Sanjay Leela Bhansali, which will be released on January 6. The reason that amazes everyone is that both the films have two common actors – Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt! Gangubai Kathiawadi will see Alia Bhatt in the lead role and Ajay Devgn is reported to have a dynamic supporting section.

RRR streaming details?
RRR producers announced earlier this year that Netflix and ZEE5 had acquired the streaming rights for the SS Rajamouli movie. Following the theatrical release, producers announced that Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada versions of the film will be made available on ZEE5, while RRR versions in Hindi, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish and Spanish will be broadcast on Netflix.
