The much anticipated and awaited web series City of Dreams season 2 on Disney+Hotstar trailer is finally out and fans are obsessing over it. The Nagesh Kukunoor directed series features Sachin Pilgaonkar, Sushant Singh and Eijaz Khan.
The trailer hints that the upcoming season will portray a standoff between father and daughter, Ameya Rao Gaikwad and Poornima Gaikwad, played by Atul Kulkarni and Priya Bapat. Season 2 will see a lot of bloodshed, double-crossing, and back-stabbing as the family feuds for power and position, where neither of the character is ready to budge.
City of Dreams Season 2 trailer out!
City of Dreams first premiered in May 2019 on the OTT platform, which received a lot of appraisal from the critics and audience. The Nagesh Kukunoor directed show will now premier City of Dreams Season 2 on Disney+Hotstar on July 30, featuring some of your favourites which includes Sachin Pilgaonkar, Sushant Singh and Eijaz Khan.

Eijaz Khan and Sachin Pilgaonkar will reprise their parts in the upcoming season, however, actor Sushant Singh is the new addition to the cast this time.
Since the release of the Season 2 trailer of COD2, actor Eijaz Khan is trending on twitter with netizens tweeting about the actor and his brilliance in acting.
Atul Kulkarni talking about the show said, “Ameya Rao Gaikwad is a special character for me. There’s an almost sinister quality to him which makes his desire and resolve to hold a position of power stronger than his sense of family bonds. If the brother-sister battle for politics in season one was shrewd, then the father vs daughter tussle in season two is going to be doubly intense.”
