Devoleena Bhattacharjee shares about her marriage plans: Devoleena Bhattacharjee well known as “Gopi Bahu” from Saath Nibhana Saathiya show on Star plus recently opened up about her future marriage plans. She was last seen in the reality show Bigg Boss 14 as Eijaz Khan’s proxy because Eijaz had to leave the show on sudden notice. Devoleena also participated in Bigg boss 13 as a contestant but she had to leave the show due to her prolonged medical condition. Doctors advised Devoleena not to return to the show as her back injury was taking time to heal, therefore she had to leave the show in the middle.

Devoleena who likes to keep her personal life away from her professional life recently talked about getting married next year. She is a very private person when it comes to relationships and has been keeping her relationship lowkey since day one. She has been in a relationship with a guy for quite a while now but she refuses to reveal his identity.
Here’s why Devoleena refused to reveal her partner’s name
When asked why she doesn’t reveal her man’s name, Devoleena said,
“I am not ready to reveal my boyfriend’s name just yet. He is also not comfortable about making his name public since he doesn’t belong to the industry. People will start sending him friend requests and following him on social media, which we don’t want at this stage. I prefer to keep my personal life under wraps.”

Along with that she also mentioned how she has been spending her time in current days and the postponing of her wedding plans. Devoleena said,
“Yes, we were planning to get married this year, but have decided to postpone it to next year. I want this pandemic to end so that I can plan things further. Currently, I am happy in my relationship, but you never know when things change. I want to take time to understand life and various situations. Even though my partner is very understanding and supportive, one never knows what can happen in the future. I am not someone who hides things. Once I decide to get married, I will let everyone know about it.”
Meanwhile, the actor is staying in Mumbai and is avoiding going to her hometown Assam. She said in the interview,
“I have my pets here with me and need to take care of them. I can’t leave them alone. I have been spending a lot of time at home and doing some work, too. My days are busy with workouts, taking care of pets, household work and cooking. I’ve also been focusing on myself.”
