The Foo Fighters will perform the first full 100% capacity concert at Madison Square Garden, since the start of the pandemic, on the special occasion of Father’s Day, i.e. on June 20th. All the attendees of the concert will have to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.

Foo Fighters will be the first band to play full 100% capacity show since the start of the pandemic last year, in March. The concert will be held at Madison Square Garden, New York, on the special occasion of Father’s Day, i.e. on June 20th. Entry to the concert will be given to everyone who will show the proof of full COVID-19 Vaccination.
Foo Fighters took to their official twitter handle to announce the concert with their fans and showed their excitement by tweeting, “We’ve been waiting for this day for over a year. And @TheGardenis going to feel that HARD. New York, get ready for a long ass night of screaming our heads off together to 26 years of Foos”. They also mentioned that the sale for the tickets will start on June 10 @ 10:00 a.m. EDT.

The news about the event came just one day after NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that music producer Clive Davis will help put together a concert at Central Park this August to celebrate the reopening of New York.
He said, “This concert is going to be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. It’s going to be an amazing lineup. The whole week is going to be like nothing you’ve ever seen before in New York City.”
