The team actually might suggest/instruct them to become fit or to make themselves ready for the show. And another question that arises in the minds of the viewers is that we doubt why they are doing the show with the celebrities, that’s obviously because they have to get the T.R.P.
The loud screams, pain, cries and anxiety that the contestants go through while performing the stunts looks very real and it does not appear to be fake at all, it comes from within them when they see weird creatures, animals, heights, water, etc. It is all-natural.
