Jacqueline Fernandez in Women’s Stories: Actress to play a Cop in her Hollywood debut in Women’s Stories, directed by Parched Fame, Leena Yadav

Kick star Jacqueline Fernandez wrapped up the shooting for her next Hollywood Debut last year, in October and the actress will be seen playing the role of a cop in the upcoming anthology titled, ‘Women’s Stories‘, according to the sources.

Directed by Parched fame, Leena Yadav, the upcoming anthology also features famous transgender model, Anjali Lama, in a key role. Women’s Stories, an anthology, will consist of six stories directed by six female directs from across the globe and features an all-female star cast. Jacqueline will be starring in Leena Yadav’s directional Sharing A Ride, alongside Anjali Lama.

Jacqueline Fernandez wrapped up the shooting go her upcoming Hollywood debut last year, in October, where the actress will be seen playing the role of a cop in the upcoming anthology titled, Women’s Stories. Directed by Parched fame, Leena Yadav, the upcoming anthology will also feature famous transgender model, Anjali Lama, in a key role, alongside Kick star.

Women’s Stories is about

The upcoming anthology will consist of six different stories directed by six female directs from across the globe and will feature an all-female star cast. Jacqueline Fernandez will be seen in Leena Yadav’s directional, Sharing A Ride, alongside Anjali Lama. Some key portions of the upcoming movie were shot in Mumbai including some sequences at the CST police station.

A source close to the development revealed, “Jacqueline has wrapped up shooting for her anthology in October last year itself, much before the project was announced. The entire film was shot in Mumbai as key portions of the film are set in and around CST. The actress plays the character of a cop in this story, and the team also canned some sequences at CST police station”.

The film was shot much before the upcoming horror comedy film, Bhoot Police, which also features Saif Ali Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Yami Gautam, Arjun Kapoor, Ali Fazal, Javed Jaffrey and many more successful actors. The horror-comedy is all set to release on September 10, 2021. However, an official date for Jacqueline’s upcoming anthology has not been revealed yet.

Apart from Women’s Stories, Sharing A Ride, Jacqueline Fernandez has quite a busy year ahead, with back to back projects. First, Rohit Shetty’s directed Cirkus, a comedy of errors featuring Ranveer Singh in a double role. The gorgeous Bollywood actress has also wrapped up the shooting for the action thriller, Attack with John Abraham, and the Akshay Kumar  fronted action comedy, Bachchan Pandey followed by Ram Setu with the actor.
