Jung Ji Hyun’s new drama JIRISAN is set to air its next episode and some stills from the same were released recently. Here’s a quick recap of the show and what we think will happen in the next episode and how the characters will grow to draw a conclusion.
JIRISAN: A PREVIEW (watch out for spoilers!)
Written by “KINGDOM” writer Kim Eun Hee, “Jirisan” is a drama starring Jun Ji Hyun as Seo Yi Kang, a top ranger in Mount Jiri National Park, and Joo Ji Hoon as a rookie teammate Kang Hyun Jo, in disguise. Together, the two bodyguards began to reveal the truth about the mysterious dangers on the mountain.
Seo Yi Kang and Kang Hyun Jo are in the midst of their search and rescue work in the new stands. However, the gloomy and terrifying atmosphere surrounding the mountain is enough to cause anyone to stumble. Naturally, the guards also feel the strange air and pay close attention to their surroundings. Relying on a single frame from their flashlight, they get curious about the viewers as they look intently into the cave. It remains to be seen whether the two monitors will find any clues that will assist them in their search.
JIRISAN: What Will Happen to Seo Yi Kang?
Seo Yi Kang and Kang Hyun Jo are not the only ones who have experienced the extraordinary aura of Jirisan. Jung Goo Young (Oh Jung Se) and Park Il Hae (Jo Han Chul) looked confused, seemingly lost as they faced the mysteries of the mountain even though they were skilled guards who had responded to emergencies faster than anyone else.
Earlier, longtime Jirisan resident Lee Moon Ok (Kim Young Ok) warned Seo Yi Kang that something bad was going to happen in the mountain area. However, one online broadcaster secretly entered the village and while filming, saw a strange light before getting into an accident. Thus, the guards had no choice but to enter the mountain. Fans are on their feet to find out what the creators have in store for Seo Yi Kang.
JIRISAN: WHAT ARE FANS MOST CURIOUS ABOUT?
The big question in the second part of “Jirisan” is who exactly the serial killer is on Mount Jiri. Kang Hyun Jo (Joo Ji Hoon) is a military officer who became a mountain ranger after seeing mysterious visions of dangers on Mount Jiri. During the first half of the game, he realized that these murders were hidden as dangers, as well as vows to find the victim.
