2021 has been a very exciting year for Kdrama enthusiasts so far with dramas like Bossam: steal the fate, Vincenzo, Mr Queen, Hospital Playlist 2 and many more. For the ones who are excited about what they will be seeing for the rest of the year, here’s the lineup for the Kdramas that are airing this year on the broadcast channel SBS.
SBS’ KDRAMA line up for 2021
SBS will release three-starred dramas on Friday and Saturday before the end of 2021. Take a look at the scheduled Kdramas of the second half of 2021.
SBS’ Kdrama “One The Woman”
First, there is “One the Woman,” a comedy-drama about a corrupt prosecutor who tries to get her memories back after experiencing amnesia and changing lives with a chaebol bride like her. The play will also feature Lee Sang Yoon, Jin Seo Yeon, and Lee Won Geun.
“One the Woman” will be shown for the first time on September 17 at 10 p.m. KST.
SBS’ Kdrama “Now We’re Breaking Up”
“Now, We’re Breaking Up” (literal translation), which plays Song Hye Kyo and Jang Ki Yong, will air after the end of “One the Woman.” Song Hye Kyo will play the role of Ha Young Eun, a fashion designer who is a fashionable and brilliant designer. Jang Ki Yong is given the role of the male lead Yoon Jae Guk, a rich and famous freelancer photographer with a brain and appearance.
SBS’ Kdrama “Those Who Read the Hearts of Evil”
In winter, fans will be able to see the return of Kim Nam Gil on the small screen. Entitled “Those Who Read the Hearts of Evil” (the original title), a drama based on a book with the same name will tell the story of South Korea’s first criminal fan as he struggles to look inside and read the hearts of murderers at a time when the word “print” was absent.
Kim Nam Gil will play the profile of Song Ha Young of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency’s Scientific Investigation of Criminal Behavior Analysis team. Although Song Ha Young seems to be lacking in emotion, he is a person who learns more deeply from people than anyone else. Jin Seon Kyu and Kim So Jin have also been confirmed to appear in the SHOW.
