It was May 2017 when Min-ho enlisted in the army as a civil service officer and in April 2019, he was released. Lee Min Ho is set to appear in the much-anticipated Apple TV + K Drama called Pachinko. He left a post on his Instagram handle with a picture of Ko Hansu, his character in the series. This came as a pleasant surprise to his fans and viewers. The K drama is based on a novel with the same title and written by Min Jin Lee. Following the in-depth love story of young ‘Sunja’, the beloved daughter of a poor fisherman whose unplanned pregnancy with a wealthy stranger (played by Lee in the game) brings disgrace to the family.
Sunja learns the sad truth, decides to leave everything behind and marry a mild-tempered, sickly priest, and moves to Japan. All this and much more sets a wonderful saga that is heard from generation to generation.
