As BTS’ chart-topping album “Map Of The Soul: 7 ” celebrates its one-year anniversary, a song from the album claims #1 on the all-genre US iTunes sales chart. “Inner Child,” holds the pinnacle position as of press time at 11:45 AM ET Sunday morning. Several hashtags trended once the clock hit 12 and the anniversary began for real.
Map of the soul: 7 did not only leave behind every other album released by every other K-Pop group or solo artist but it also broke every record held by BTS themselves.

BTS continues to break records after records with their impressive tracks. As a matter of fact, BTS has achieved another feat with their song title “Dynamite.” On Tuesday, Feb. 9, Billboard released the latest lists of songs that made it to the top this week. “Dynamite” by BTS nabbed the No. 2 spots on the most recent Billboard Global Excluding United States Chart. “Drivers License” by Olivia Rodrigo was able to retain its status on the No. 1 spot this week.
Meanwhile, Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, J-Hope, Suga, RM, and V are set to break another record with the “Map of the Soul: 7 ” album. According to Billboard, the BTS EP has already spent 50 weeks on the Billboard 200 Chart. In other words, the BTS album needs only two or three weeks to spend one whole year in the Billboard 200 Chart, which is another first in the K-Pop industry should things go in the right direction.
