R&B vocalist Moon Sujin and NCT‘s Taeil have released a dreamy new live clip teaser for their upcoming collaboration track, “The Moon“!

“The Moon”: Collab between NCT’s Trail and Moon Sujin

On April 11, Moon Sujin released her new single “The Moon” featuring Taeil, along with a “live clip” music video for the soothing song. “The Moon” marks Moon Sujin’s first new music in nearly six months, following the release of her song “Walk in the Night” featuring Zion.T in October of last year. Notably, it is also her first release under her new moniker, signaling the start of a new era for the singer.

Both the singers emanated beautiful charms with a dreamy look on their faces. For Moon Sujin, the long nails and her tattooed shoulder exposed with a choker in the background of what looks like an art installation and maybe even a moon and asteroids, she looks pretty charming. The background especially adds more to the curiosity of what the song would actually mean. NCT Taeil’s solo teaser was also released, where he gives a chic look in leather pants and embroidered jacket, all black, with a fancy necklace. His teaser is in contrast to Moon Sunjin’s, as Taeil is standing in the backdrop of a red curtain, creating a complete contrast and oozing a different vibe altogether.

The main vocal of the idol band teamed up with Moon who has collaborated with a series of R&B and hip-hop musicians including Zion.T and Simon Dominic and has participated in making albums of K-pop artists such as EXO-SC and Highlight’s Yoon Doojoon.

Meanwhile, NCT 127, a subunit of NCT to which Taeil belongs to, ranked No. 1 on Oricon’s monthly albums chart in February with its second Japanese EP “Loveholic.” The album also earned “gold disc” status that is given to a record that shipped over 100,000 copies.

EXO’s Baekhyun And NCT’s Doyoung Create Beautiful Harmonies in duet called “DOLL”

A music video was revealed for their upcoming remake of “Doll,” a song originally sung by Lee Ji Hoon and Shinhwa’s Shin Hye Sung.

This release is part of Stone Music Entertainment, KT, and Genie Music’s “Rewind : Blossom” project, where several artists who represent the current era will remake songs from the 1990s and early 2000s. A total of eight songs will be released in two sets on March 12 and 26. Other artists who are taking part in the project are IZ*ONE, Urban Zakapa, B1A4’s Sandeul, Davichi’s Kang Min Kyung, Ha Sung Woon, Wonstein, Park Moon Chi, and Yoo Seung Woo. Baekhyun and Doyoung’s song will be released on March 12.
