Presidential Debate 2020 – What the candidates have to say

The United States elections are on the verge and it is a great deal not just for the country but all of the world. The elections are supposed to happen on 3rd November 2020 and everyones eyes are over it.

Presidential Debate 2020

The United States Elections are a great deal and the final debate  between now President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden happened on October 23rd. The debate was one it’s kind with a lot of different rules. For one, during the first two minutes each candidate speaks in each of the six 15-minute segments, his opponent’s microphone will be muted. The audience witnessed a great debate and below are the highlights of the show.

Trump said that corona is china’s fault. Taking a straight hit at China, Trump said that China is responsible for spreading the Virus out of their country intentionally. Looking at the current situation Vice President Biden blamed Trump for the spread of Virus in US. Vice President Biden tried to make clear that his plans were to shut down the spread of the virus and not the country. He said that Trumps inaptitude is the reason why the country had to be shut in most parts and why small businesses eventually closed. He suggested that Trump should have discussed the situation with Nancy Pelosi and come up with a  solution together.

Further more, Biden rejected Trumps accusations of taking money from foreign sources and blamed that Trump had not paid taxes properly and also that Trump has accounts and does business with America’s biggest economic rival China. Trump tried to respond to the accusation by saying that he only had to pay 750 dollars of taxes because he had prepaid millions of dollars in taxes already. The truth can only come to light when Trumps accounts are shown to the public which unfortunately cannot happen since, as he said his accounts are in audit. So who is to judge the truth about the situation.

Coming to the topic of supporting Black community and decreasing racism that the country is facing, Trump said that he is second only to Abrahim Lincoln when it comes to working against racism. Surprisingly Biden says that Abrahim Lincoln is the most racist person in modern History. Trying to object Trumps claim and to tell how racist Trump is Biden said for Trump

“This guy is a dog whistle about as big as a Foghorn.”

HAHA. These guys leave no chance to ridicule each other.

Anyways moving forward. The coordinator then moved into the next segment discussing about the children being separated from their families and brought facts about the same that happened under President Trump’s administration. Trump said that many of the children that were thought of as separated are those that have been brought into the country by the cartels and drug lords and are not really separated. Biden countered and said that the facts shared by the coordinator were in fact all true and what Trump administration did is absolutely criminal.

The audience saw a lot of counter battles and witnessed an amazing debate. In the end both candidates tried to make their case and asked the people of America to make a conscious decision for their and the country’s future is now on the line.

Lets hope for a fair election and keep our eyes out for the result.

  1. In the great pattern of things you’ll get an A+ with regard to effort and hard work. Where you lost everybody was first on your specifics. As people say, the devil is in the details… And that could not be much more correct at this point. Having said that, let me say to you what exactly did give good results. The authoring is actually really powerful and that is possibly the reason why I am taking the effort in order to comment. I do not make it a regular habit of doing that. Second, although I can certainly see the jumps in reasoning you make, I am not necessarily sure of how you appear to connect your ideas which make your conclusion. For right now I shall subscribe to your issue but wish in the future you link your facts better.
