Red Velvet’s Joy is TOD’s New Face
On August 13, Tod’s artistic director Walter Chiapponi expressed his delight when he announced the news that Joy had been selected as Korea’s ambassador for Italy’s leading brand.
“I’m excited to start a new journey together with Joy, who is full of youthful energy and passionate talent,” she said. “I’m looking forward to working with him on various projects in the future.”
Meanwhile, Joy said, “I am happy to represent Tod’s as an ambassador. I am so excited to be able to participate in various [Tod] projects in the future, and I look forward to it. ” After starting her solo career in May, Joy is currently preparing for the long-awaited return of Red Velvet on August 16th. Red Velvet’s Irene as Prada’s Global Ambassador, Seulgi as Salvatore Ferregamo Global Ambassador and now we have Joy announced as Tod’s Korea Ambassador.

RED VELVET drops “Queendom” MV Teaser
SM Entertainment dropped Red Velvet’s “Queendom” music video teaser. The supergroup unveiled individual youth photos of the ‘Carnival’ version of Yeri, Wendy and Joy on August 12 and a group photo on August 10. ‘ Queendom ‘will be released on August 16 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
The girls looked thrilling as they stood in front of a car with a party flag above it and colorful balloons and paper ornaments around them. Members cast a beautiful vibe with their black, purple and white dresses.
