Jo Hyun-tak’s K drama Snowdrop, starring popular Blackpink member Jisoo and Jung Hae-in takes us back several years to the year 1987 when South Korea was in the midst of political turmoil and people were protesting against their sovereignty and demanding democracy. The show’s star cast is amazing including Jisoo from Blackpink, Jung Hae In, and Yoo In Na. WHAT IS SNOWDROP ABOUT?
Originally titled ‘Seolganghwa,’ ‘Snowdrop’ is a South Korean series that sheds light on an unusual love story. Organized just before the 1987 presidential election, the show revolves around university student Eun Yeong-ro and spy Lim Soo-ho. Amid the big protests, Lim Soo-ho finds himself covered in blood in her bedroom. So, Yeong-ro hides Soo-ho from the authorities and the nurses come back to life. The two are slowly falling in love.
SNOWDROP EPISODE TWO RECAP
Episode 2 of of the K-Drama provides more light on the situation that led to Soo-ho in 207. It is very easy to happen by accident, Professor Han’s flat tire is arranged by Soo-ho. Unknown to Soo-ho, Gang-mu also chose today to make his move.
A car crash is part of the Gang-mu program. In this, during the chase, we see ANSP agents opening fire on Soo-ho. Gang-mu finally makes a hit on Soo-ho’s back.
After Yeong-ro found Soo-ho in 207, she begins to wipe his blood off the floor and window. Seol-hui is coming in soon after Jisoo. The girls hid Soohoo mistaking him for a student protestor.
