The historical drama starring Jisoo from Blackpink and Jung Hae In- “Snowdrop” saw a dramatic increase in viewer ratings with the release of the seventh and eighth episodes. The program has previously had a problem with the board but it started airing smoothly on December 18, 2021. K-Drama fans had a lot to look forward in December 2021. While Snowdrop steals hearts, other dramas such as Choi Woo Shik’s “Our Beloved Summer” and Lee Dong Wook’s “Bad And Crazy” also climbed the charts.

SNOWDROP: A PREVIEW
This K-Drama will tell the love story of Su Ho, an undercover spy who rushed blood-stained to a university room this one day (played by Jung Hae In), and Young Ro (played by Jisoo of BLACKPINK), a well respected women’s university student. She takes care of his wounds, not aware of who he really is, while being under close supervision by her Hall Director and the police.
Snowdrop is directed by writer and director Jo Hyun Tak who previously helmed the super hit drama “SKY CASTLE”. The show’s plot is set in Seoul, South Korea in the year 1987.
WHEN WILL EPISODE 9 OF SNOWDROP AIR?
Episode 9 of the show will air on Sunday 9th January at about 7 pm (IST). The Disney + group is reportedly quick to translate, so expect the episode to be available soon. Formerly a disciplined dormitory Pi Seung Hee now rules the home of more than 70 hostages held by North Korea’s most dangerous spies.
