Son Ye Jin from the super hit drama “Crash landing on You” will now be seen in a new JTBC drama called “39”. The actress has decided on her new project and her management agency MS Team Entertainment confirmed her participation in the new drama.
Son Ye Jin To Star In “39”
Son ye jin‘s agency confirmed that the actress will be taking up the lead role in JTBC’s new drama called “39” on June 30, “Son Ye Jin has decided on the upcoming JTBC drama ’39’ as her next project. This will be her first return to JTBC in three years following the drama ‘Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food.’”
“39” is a beautiful story that revolves around the everyday and love lives of three friends who will be turning 40 soon. “39” will have twelve episodes and will start shooting soon. Son Ye Jin will be portraying the role of Cha Mi Jo, a 39 year old woman who grew up in a very wealthy household and environment and is now the head dermatologist of a clinic in Gangnam, South Korea.
The drama has been written by Yoo Young Ahm, the famous writer who previously wrote ‘Encounter, ‘Kim Ji Young, Born In 1982.’

Son Ye Jin is best known for her roles in television dramas such as ‘Summer Scent,’ ‘Personal Taste,’ and ‘Shark.’ Her remarkable performances over the years have made her famous and developed a fan base throughout Asia.
Other actors in the line up for “39” are Jeon Mi Do, Ahn So Hee, Yeon Woo Jin and Lee Moo Saeng. The drama is scheduled to start shooting in August this year and will be directed by Kim Sang Ho, who also helmed the drama “Run On”.
