Stray kids released a surprise digital single” Mixtape: R ‘ with a teaser image, on the 26th of June at midnight Eastern Time.
On this day, The young boy group released a cover of their new digital single released from the album which contains the names of all the members, including Hyunjin, who was involved in a bullying controversy earlier in the year.

What Happened To Hyunjin?

Stray Kids‘ visual and rapper was on a hiatus since he was accused of being involved in bullying in the past. He was brought under fire when an alleged group of schoolmates came up and made statements about how he was a bully back in his school days. A lot of K-pop artists and K-Drama actors have been facing these allegations for school bullying and violence. After these accusations surfaced the internet, the rapper released an official statement about the whole scenario.

Hyunjin is a member of the boyband Stray Kids, managed by JYP Entertainment. For a response, JYP made him released a statement announcing that he will be halting his activities with the group as a way to self respect. The letter also mentioned that he met up with the victim in person and sincerely apologised. He was suspended from the group for a period of time but not removed from Stray Kids. The rapper came clean about his past involvements and penned a long apology for his fans.
