Roshni Dada wins the Supermodel of the year season 2: After all the intriguing tasks, shoots and fashion walks, MTV’s Supermodel of the Year Season 2 has finally come to an end with the finale set to air on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 7 pm. This show is one of the most prominent and established modelling reality shows on MTV. The show has gained immense popularity and appreciation from the fans. It had some charming divas who took part in the competition and have performed extremely well. They have faced many challenges throughout their journey.
Supermodel of the year season 2 Grand Finale
The finale will be judged by regular judges Malaika Arora, Anushka Dandekar and Milind Soman along with a guest judge and designer, Masaba Gupta. The top 3 models who are going to compete in the finale are Swapna Priyadarshini, Roshni Dada and Eksha Hangma Subba. The three are all set for the final competition and face final modelling challenges.
The first challenge was a wedding clip with a theme of “Modern day bride”, the models had to perform for a short video representing a modern bride who does not follow the so called norms made by society and what society expects from a bride. The models gave a commendable performance and nailed the task. The second challenge was the ramp walk. They took the stage on fire. Judges were extremely happy and stunned with their performance. All three were the winners in their eyes but only one would win the title.
Judges played the journey of the top 3 models including Roshni Dada, Swapna Priyadarshini and Eksha Hangma Subba. These divas have grown into a different person with another level of confidence in them.
Roshni Dada: The winner of Supermodel season 2
After judging them on the basis of their overall growth in the journey, the bridal clip and the walk, Judges announced Roshni Dada as the winner of Supermodel of the year season 2. Eksha became the 1st runner up and Swapna became the 2nd runner up of the season.
Roshni Dada indeed deserved to win as we have seen a huge change in her performance and she has grown into a beautiful model throughout her journey on the show.
