Guardians of the Galaxy actor Dave Bautista responds to a fan who made a tweet where he suggested that Dave Bautista would look amazing as Green Lantern from Zach Snyder’s Justice League.
Now we all know that Green Lantern is a powerful character, and we can see someone like Bautista in it’s role. But when it comes to looks? Yup that’s where Green Lantern might be lacking a bit, and Bautista decided to talk about it on his twitter account.
“Ok I know I’m not the best looking guy in the world but how come whenever I’m fancast as a character it’s always one that’s ummmm…. aesthetically challenged?!”, Bautista wrote on Twitter. “This is probably why I can’t get that rom-com lead!”
Director brothers, Chris and Nick Riedell re-tweetd Bautista’s tweet and wrote that they would love to see him in a rom-com, to which Bautista replied:
“Well for your consideration: My love interest who originally hates every fiber of my being (Obviously) will be played by my homie @kristenschaaled. Money I tell ya!! This can’t fail!! Why are the studious resisting this force of nature that is meant to happen?!!”
Personally, even we would really like to see Bautista in a romantic comedy. Someone sign this man up.
