Tanmay Vekeria, who plays Bagga, said: “I got the message first when his son called me at 5:45 pm. His condition did not improve after being hospitalized a few months ago. He died today at 5:30 pm.” Tanmay continued, “He was a jewel and was closest to me. He tried his best to work with us again, but his health did not allow. I am very sad that he has passed away. “

When reporters contacted Jennifer Mistry, who plays Roshan Kaur Sodhi, he said, “We just heard about the news and it is very sad that we lost him.”

I am undergoing treatment and after tomorrow’s episode I hope the shooting will be resumed soon in Mumbai and I look forward to going back to work. I have chemotherapy and it happens once a month. The doctor told me that I can work and no problem, I just want to spread the positives and tell everyone I’m fine”.

Significantly, last year he had a throat operation. Ghanshyam Nayak had worked in films with the TV industry. He proved his mettle in films like Beta, Tiranga, Aankhen, Ladla, Krantiveer, Andolan, Barsaat, Maaf, Mafia, Chahat, Ishq, China Gate, Tere Naam and Khaki.
