The trailer for Venom: Let There Be Carnage has finally been released on Monday, and fans are hyped.

The Columbia Pictures film (in association with Marvel and Tencent Pictures) has been directed by Andy Serkis and is produced by Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal and Hutch Parker.

“Venom: Let There Be Carnage” also features a new screenwriter, Kelly Marcel, and a new cinematographer, Oscar winner Robert Richardson, who is best known for his collaborations with Quentin Tarantino.

Venom: Let Their Be Carnage

The trailer for the movie is about three-minutes long and shows us Eddie Brock’s (Tom Hardy) life with Venom and how it is like. The trailer then takes a dark and exciting turn when Cletus Kasady, aka Carnage (Woody Harrelson) enters the picture

“I’ve been thinking about you Eddie. Because you and I are the same. Every decision you’ve ever made — who do we leave behind and how do we leave them?” says Cletus Kasady aka Carnage in the trailer’s voiceover to Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock (Venom). We first caught a glimpse of Carnage at the end of the first movie, and now he’s full-time in part 2.

In the trailers, Cletus is being investigated by the cops for a series of unsolved cases, and just as he’s about to be executed for his horrendous crimes, that is when Carnage appears to make his presence felt. In the sequel, there’s more Jekyll and Hyde humor being delivered, an aspect that made the first movie stand out.
