WHEN WILL GIRLS’ GENERATION COME BACK?

For the first time in four years, the Girls ’Generation came together as a full-fledged television team! In the September 1 episode of tvN’s “You Quiz on the Block,” all eight members of Girls ’Generation came together to make a special guest for the show. The group’s appearance on You Quiz On The Block makes a lot of sense because it would fit their 14 years as a band. They last appeared on the official show together in 2017 when they were promoting their tracks “Holiday” and “All Night”.

Although members used to meet in real life, they admitted that it was not easy to connect everyone with the program, pointing out that Sooyoung and Tiffany were at the forefront of encouraging others to agree with the appearance as guests on the reality show hosted by Yoo Jae Suk.

Yuri jokingly recalls, “In the beginning, I pointed out that our 15 years came to an end, and since that is a big event, why do we do something on the 14th? However, I heard it was ‘You Quiz,’ so I said, ‘Oh,“ You Quiz? “After that, we have to go. ‘”

GIRLS’ GENERATION MEMBERS TALK ABOUT THEIR 14 YEARS TOGETHER

Meanwhile, YoonA revealed that members had promised each other the night before, “When we introduce ourselves as Girls’ Generation, let’s try not to cry.”
Later in this episode, some members talked about it when they heard the age gap with young artists. Yuri went on to reveal, “When young artists told me, ‘My mother was a big fan of the Girls’ Generation,’ it made me wonder, ‘How do our generations come together?’”

YoonA shocked everyone as she added with a laugh, “I saw an online post that said, ‘Little Girls’ Generation Jeans’ [from” Gee “] the pants my mother was wearing. ‘I thought to myself,’ It’s been so long? ‘ ” The Girls ’Generation also recalled some of the busiest moments during their promotion as a team.

“For me, what I miss most is going to Australia,” said Sunny. “We took a 12-hour flight there very early in the morning, did shows, took a midnight flight back to Korea, and then left to perform and sing on the music programs.”
